Clear Skies presents their amazing meads, beer and ciders for your tasting pleasure, including:

• • Friending Fenrir – a traditional dry mead
  • Mojave Rose – a prickly pear, key lime, and pomegranate sour mead
  • Meadarita – a margarita mead
  • Violet Outburst – a blueberry lemon mead
  • Boysen – a boysenberry mead
  • Squirrels – a hazelnut prailine mead
  • Beer – a lager
  • Miders cider – an imperial cider

Clear Skies offers sampling and vending, both in glasses and bottles / cans, their hard cider, beer, cyser – a combination of mead and cider – and braggot – a combination of beer and mead. In addition to 3 oz to 16 oz pours of the above products they will have an additional station with:

• • Aurora – an 18% barrel aged mead
  • BA Karma – a black walnut rye aged mead
  • Knotty Jack – a cyser with apple brandy
  • Tart for the Heart –  a passionfruit mead
  • Fairs Vanity – a raspberry mead
  • Twisted Oliver – a blackberry mead
  • Fenrirs Reserve – a stout barrel-aged traditional mead
  • Ravens – a blackcurrant mead

In the mead garden, we’ll also have Byrggjemann Mead demonstrating the period approach to making mead.  Yes, you can make it at home! Just remember to follow those ATF guidelines on homebrewer allowed quantities! Bryggjemann Mead will also have samples of their mead made in small batches – not for sale, strictly for demonstration and education purposes only.
