Next year’s vendor application will open in January, 2027.  Returning vendors will be contacted in the weeks following our 2026 event and given preference for 2027 spots.

Please be wary! If you have been contacted by someone directly with an invitation to apply, their English is poor, and they want immediate payment from the form – that’s a scam.
Oakenmist does not solicit vendors; we have an extensive waiting list at the moment.  Oakenmist has been full for vendors since February.
