Teardown

Includes the following:

• Break down seating
• Load it into trailer for transport
• Break down stages
• Load it into trailer for transport
• Remove painters’ tape from any surface
• Break down and package up Sound System
• Break down Information Booth & Ticketing (tables/chairs)
• Load remaining items into trailer, this will take several trips. At least prep it for loading.
• Ticketing tent / stanchions
• Load stock & bell
• Coordinate vendor exit. Vendors may not drive into the facility until their booth is broken down already.
