Attendance at public Oakenmist events may result in photography, audio recording, or video recording.

Unless otherwise prohibited by law or stated in writing, attendees acknowledge that photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings captured in public event spaces may be used by Oakenmist for:

• Promotional materials
• Social media
• Website content
• Newsletters
• Historical archives
• Educational materials

Individuals who have concerns regarding photography or recording should contact event staff prior to participation.
